Wall Lords Singapore 2011 - SprayTwoGeorge

Date of Event: Saturday, 6th August 2011 Venue: dbl O Time: 12PM to 8pm (Artists to take note that 9am is the set up time at location – No extra time will be given for latecomers) After party from 9-10pm Synopsis of Event: Asian regions have had a thriving graffiti scene for years. In the last few years, graffiti have taken on an important role in the urban/street culture in Asia. Every year thousands of youngsters jump into the graffiti world hoping to showcase their talent to the world. Hence, Wall Lords was created to help showcase the best writers and crews from Asia. The rising urban/street community in Asia needs a bridging platform to exchange and share their culture. Wall Lords was started in 2008 and proven that it was necessary to keep doing his bridging role. The audiences that have been supporting Wall Lords along the way gave us a clear direction to bring Wall lords to another level this year. With an expanding Asia community, Wall Lords is steadily occurring in at least 8 countries this year. In our Wall Lords 2011 the Wall Lords preliminary countries includes China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. The objective of Wall Lords is simple - to provide a platform for the Asian graffiti community to interact and exchange through competition. Crews and writers will compete over the 3 main graffiti categories, theme pieces, throw ups and hand styles at the qualifying rounds The winning crew in every location will represent their country and compete in the Wall Lords Final. The entire event will be held in Decemeber, 2011 in Taiwan. Be prepared for the Wall Lords 2011!
